Lithographic REPRODUCTIONS of
Louis Icart Etchings*

These are Lithographic poster quality repros. Those of the best quality were produced in the 1970's and 1980's. They are all out-of-print and command a higher price than the ones currently being made. The repros that I sell are the SAME ITEMS that you see for sale at much higher prices on ebay. The ONLY difference: my repro prints have not been altered & defaced with phony seals and stamps like most of the ebay listings have--especially the listings from Florida sellers. The repro prints were not numbered and did not have any embossed seals applied to them. Prints on ebay labeled "limited edition" or "stamped & sealed" are suspect. Don't be fooled. If you want Icart's artwork at a super price, here they are. All have Icart's signature reproduced along with the artwork, unless noted otherwise. Some have 1920's or 1930's copyright dates that were copied along with the signature when the piece was reproduced. All prints are unframed-I don't squeeze them into old frames to make them appear old. Those labeled "out-of-print are old stock and cannot be replaced. |

Generally the 'out of print' 1970's and 1980's versions--the ones priced at $39-$49
are BETTER quality.
The $20-$25 titles are mostly later or current production.
If you demand the best quality, buy the older out-of-print titles.
I only sell the newer prints of good quality. Poor quality repros are NOT listed here.
